You may have many questions about coaching, particularly if this is your first time working with a coach, that are not addressed here. I would be happy to cover those in a thirty-minute introductory call. Deciding to access coaching and selecting a coach are important decisions that are, at their best, life changing. Finding the coach that is best for you, whether that is me or not, is something I would be delighted to support you with.
When coaching, my role is to ask questions, guiding you to delve into your current challenges and possibilities. This is the typical approach when a client is considering a career transition.

When mentoring, I ask questions and also offer potential approaches to challenges, drawing on my professional experiences and knowledge.
Mentoring
To keep things simple, I will use the term ‘coach’ to cover both approaches. Either way, my focus is entirely on you and I bring all of my skills and experience to bear to support you in achieving your aims.
