From a Learning a day. Great to remind yourself when things are not going as you want. THe 'bad' time will pass... And when things are great - enjoy the moment as it too will pass....... Sobering yet true. Also a good reminder not to dwell on things too long, particularly when you think you could have handled something better..
Temporary
One of the most important habits we can cultivate for our long-term mental health is reminding ourselves every day that our current circumstances – no matter how good or bad – are temporary.
It is inevitable. Skip the surprise.
